My feedback from the group tutorial
helped me to develop my work further giving me new ideas and more confidence in
my working approach, My group helped me to find the strengths in my work which
is my experimenting with my colour pallet, my group said I have
made a good start to my project. As for my weakness my group said that they
could not find any thing that I need to improve at the moment however I have
been advised to look more into the Asian culture even further.
For my specialist area I do not
cling to one area I like to use all the areas techniques with in my sketchbook
and my group could not advise me what area I belonged in for my overall theme
I used my holiday to Thailand for this my group said they could see this theme
and it worked very well.
In (fig1) I created my own Thai god
design using different pattern my group said that Is great how I have developed
this image by using Photoshop it changes the image completely, (fig 2) was my
favourite image and my group agreed to this saying that the effect is really
good however I chose (fig 3) as my weakest image as it faded and went blurry
but my group disagreed with this saying that it adds to the image and they
quite like it.
I found it very nice to look at
everyone’s work after such a long time it has helped me to think about my work
in different ways I also enjoyed the independence we were given to work on our
own in a group I felt I could voice my opinions with more confidence.
